Finding the right frames to not only fit your face but that look great on you is not as hard as you think! There are some simple rules you can use to find the right eyeglasses to fit your face and your lifestyle.

Your Face Shape

No matter your face shape whether round, oval, square, heart-shaped or diamond, your face shape will help you determine which frames will enhance your looks. Finding and choosing the right eyeglasses to fit your face and your lifestyle is easy to do!

Oval Faces

You should choose frames that have a strong nose bridge, that are wider than the broadest part of your face and that are geometrically shaped. Avoid frames that are overlarge or cover up more than half of your face. They will throw off the natural balance and symmetry of an oval face.

Round Faces

You should choose frames that are square or rectangular and tend to be wider than a round face. This will help your face appear longer ad slimmer by adding balance to round faces. Avoid frames that are round, rimless or small that accentuate the roundness in your face.

Heart-Shaped Faces

Choose frames that balance the width of your forehead with the narrowness of your chin. Frames with low-set temples and heavy bottom frame lines will add width to the narrow part of your face. Round frames or square frames with rounded edges will help draw attention away from a broad or high-set forehead. Avoid style or colors that draw attention to the forehead, including frames with decorative or embellished tops.

Square Faces

Choose frames that soften angularity and sit high on the nose look best on square faces. Choosing round or oval frames will balance and the appearance of angles on a square face. Avoid Angular, boxy or narrow frames that accentuate the width of your cheeks and face, by drawing to attention to square and bulky features.

Diamond-Shaped Faces

Choose frames that sweep up or are wider than cheekbones, like cat-eye or oval frames. These frames will help to accentuate cheekbones or delicate features. Avoid frames that are boxy or narrow, or frames that accentuate the width of your cheeks, drawing attention to your narrow features.

The trick to finding the perfect frames is to remember that opposites do attract! Choosing eyeglasses that contrast from your facial contours yet bring symmetry and balance to your features.
